Metzke+Allen are excited to annouce they have moved into their new Building at 38-40 Welsford Street, Shepparton!!!
Metzke+Allen had been operating out of their former home at 370 Wyndham Street, Shepparton for more than 26 years. In this time they’ve experienced many changes and considerable growth within the business as well as their clientele. This growth has resulted in the inclusion of a number of additional team members and the support of an expanded network of services. This level of expansion resulted in Metzke+Allen requiring more space than was available in their former office.
Director, Frank Metzke said, “We have spent a great deal of time considering our best option for the expansion of our practice and it was very important to us that whatever move we made, it would be the right one for both our team and our clients. Discussions with the landlord of our new site at 38-40 Welsford Street began in August last year and it has been a carefully considered and planned out process here in.”
Metzke+Allen’s brand new purpose built building is approximately 970sqm across two floors. The building’s design provides space to accommodate approximately 51 people comfortably, including the Directors, Managers and Team members with opportunities for further expansion if and when it is required in the future. The extendable executive boardroom opens up into a second meeting room upstairs and together with three interview rooms and an employee meeting room downstairs, there is ample room for client appointments, meetings, conferences and training opportunities. There is, importantly, room to move. The facilities have been constructed in Metzke+Allen’s corporate colours and utilise a vast amount of natural light that the Directors have ensured every team member can access. The open floor plan has been green energy designed and utilising a sensor control system to control the majority of lighting. The glass atrium entrance with the reception area is bright and welcoming, soaked in natural lighting.
Mr Metzke said, “Our new facilities allow that our team will have beautiful new offices and furniture with an open plan style, extensive natural lighting and access to windows, which is not something that we have previously had the opportunity to enjoy. The facilities will allow us to hold client events and seminars in house, and also our own 10X events. We can also hold our team training sessions on the premises. Ultimately, it will enable us to offer the same level of quality service to our clients, but from within a state of the art, purpose built facility.”
Director, Russell Allen added, “In terms of Metzke+Allen’s future direction and our presence here in the Goulburn Valley, what our new building means for us and our clients, is that we are here to stay. We have been an integral part of the Goulburn Valley for over 40 years, and will continue to provide our trusted services to our clients for a long time yet. We understand that our clients are after more than just the basic compliance work each year, and by moving into these premises we are able to offer more services to our clients and to further assist them in making their business and personal decisions into the future. I believe we have best utilised this opportunity forging into a new era for Metzke+Allen to effectively refresh our brand with a new building, new look, new logo, but at the same time, maintaining our high level of service for our clients.
